Good Neck Massager, fast shipping

I ordered the Neck Massager. It got here pretty quick, about 4 days. It works well, feels good after a long day. Not super strong but good enough. Happy with it.

Decent Pulse Oximeter, long shipping

I picked up a Pulse Oximeter from Zdeer to keep an eye on things at home. The device itself is pretty solid and seems accurate enough when I compare it to my doctor's. It's easy to use, just clip it on and it reads fast. My main issue was with the shipping; it took nearly two weeks to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long for something I was hoping to have sooner. The packaging was good though, nothing was damaged. Overall, it's a good product for the price, just be prepared for potentially slow delivery.

Water Flosser is a game changer!

Got the Water Flosser and oh my goodness, it's amazing! My teeth feel so clean, like after a dental visit. Seriously, it's way better than regular flossing. I'm telling everyone about this. Definitely buying more stuff from Zdeer, maybe a Facial Care Device next!

What's the return policy like if I get a massager and decide it's not for me? Is it a hassle to send back?

G Gwen 3 weeks ago
I returned a toothbrush once, it was pretty straightforward. Just follow their instructions on the website.

Yeah, returns were easy. You just gotta make sure it's within their window and in good condition. I think you're responsible for return shipping unless it's defective, but double check that part.

Are their hearing aids actually legit? Or are they more like glorified sound amplifiers? Kinda worried about dropping money on something that won't help much.

C Colin J. 1 month ago
From what I understand, they're more for mild to moderate hearing loss, not like a full-on audiologist-prescribed one. Good for a boost though.

Yeah, I think they're considered OTC (over-the-counter) devices, not the same as high-end prescription ones you get from a specialist. Depends on what you need them for.

Are Zdeer products FDA approved, especially the medical stuff like the blood pressure monitor or the nebulizer?

G Greg 4 weeks ago
For medical devices sold in the US, they need to meet FDA regulations, which isn't exactly 'approval' but more about registration and compliance. They should be good to go.

I think they say their devices are compliant with FDA guidelines, which is what you'd expect from a health tech brand. It means they've gone through the necessary steps for sale here.

I'm looking at their red light therapy device. Has anyone tried it for skin stuff? Wondering if it actually helps with fine lines or just a placebo effect.

R Renee 1 month ago
I got it for acne scars and it's been okay, not a miracle worker but I think I see some improvement after a few weeks. Consistency is key, for sure.

My mom uses it for her knees, says it helps with joint pain. For skin, I've heard good things but it takes time. Don't expect overnight results though.

Hey guys, thinking about getting the Zdeer nasal irrigator. Does it really work better than Navage? Like, is the suction actually good?

S Sarah Bennett 1 month ago
I've had both, Zdeer is definitely up there. Not sure if 'better' but it's a solid alternative, good pressure.

Yeah, I switched from Navage to Zdeer cause my Navage broke. Zdeer feels pretty comparable, maybe even a bit more comfortable for me. Build quality seems decent too.

Heard about a healthcare worker discount for Zdeer. How do you get that, is there a special verification process?

N Nina Osei 1 month ago
Yeah, I think you have to verify through a third-party service, like ID.me or similar. Just check their discounts page.

My sister got it, she had to upload some documents. It's a pretty standard process for those kinds of discounts across different brands.

Quick question about shipping, anyone order to California recently? How long did it actually take to get your stuff?

J Julia 1 month ago
Ordered a blood pressure monitor to LA last month, took about 5 business days, standard shipping.

Mine took about a week to San Diego. Was pretty standard for an online order, nothing crazy fast or slow.

Do they ever do bigger sales than 10-15% off? Waiting for Black Friday but not sure if it's worth holding out.

M Mark 1 month ago
Black Friday and Cyber Monday usually have bigger deals, sometimes up to 30% off on bundles. It's usually worth the wait if you're not in a hurry.

Definitely wait for the bigger holidays. I snagged a good deal during Prime Day last year, so they do have those deeper discounts occasionally.
